You know, sometimes you think you look good but you don’t. I was thinking I was looking pretty good in my overgrown beard. I was thinking 'Joe Thornton' from the SJ Sharks and his playoff beard and thought … that’s cool, I should grow one. A month without shaving and it’s starting to look like a bit of a beard – ¾ of an inch long maybe. Another month or two it will be 2 inches long and that will be great.
Marina has been looking at me a little sideways lately and made a couple of gentle suggestions … but today she said that she looked at me walking down the street and that I looked like an old British Sailor.
Shave and a haircut … two bits!
